Ecology and Quality
The manufacturing process utilizes highest quality raw materials from leading European producers of: PVC, plasticizers, stabilizers and greases, modifiers and special additives for thousands of recipes owned by the Company.
Both the purchased raw materials, as well as finished granulates are subjected to thorough tests in the plant laboratory, assessing their quality and compliance with the standards.
Certificates and Recommendations
A joint effort by the Board and all Alfa PVC employees resulted in the implementation of a quality management system ISO 9001:1996 in 2003. We currently have an integrated quality management system ISO 9001:2008 with an environment management system EN ISO 14001:2004. In 2018, the system was adapted to the requirements of the new ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards.
The environment management system is audited annually by DNV GL
